Have had my furnace fixed by three other companies & wasn’t satisfied with any of them; they just kept changing different parts, none that fixed my problem – yet, they kept returning saying “this will fix your problem this time,” which it didn’t. Finally getting tired of being treated like I didn’t know what I was talking about, I picked up the yellow pages and gave Bovard a try. On the first visit, they fixed the problem which the others kept missing (and charged for parts and kept changing furnace ducting that didn’t even need to be replaced! Three times I paid for the same parts!) I do believe I will be staying with Bovard to service my heating and cooling system in the future.

The entire experience was incredible. I contacted the State College location by mistake but was transferred to the Altoona location through a warm transfer. The Altoona location was able to schedule an appointment for me the same day. Conner, your technician, arrived and was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I will be sure to ask for him in the future for my annual maintenance needs. Excellent company!

Your technicians are very well trained. My wife and I are retired now and I thought the $370 was a little bit too high but I paid it for the maintenance maybe not next time. We cut everywhere we possibly could cut this year.

The tech that has been coming to our house (Josh, I believe) is a very nice young man & I enjoy speaking with him about our heating situation. He’s very knowledgeable & always has some interesting recommendations to save some money. I would hold onto an employee like that. He speaks very highly of Goodco & Bovard. It’s hard to find a young worker like that in this economy – I do hiring for a living, so I know. Most of our experiences with Bovard over the last 12 years have been very positive & I recommend your company to anyone looking for your type of services. We originally chose Bovard when we bought this house in 2011 because you offered vent cleaning at the time. You also installed our AC/heat pump unit, which is still going strong.
